From 6th to 8th May, we participated in Made in Steel, one of Europe’s leading events dedicated to the steel industry, \u2018a showcase that puts Italian steel at the centre of the European and international stage,\u2019 as Antonio Gozzi, president of Federacciai, pointed out. The eleventh edition of Made in Steel was a success, as confirmed by the figures: an increase in the number of companies present (+21%), visitors (+4.2%) and exhibition space (+18.2%). The programme of events, debates and conferences was also richer and more varied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At a time of uncertainty for the steel industry, the common message was to look to the future with confidence, thanks to a clear vision and targeted investments in sustainability and technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the fair, Andrea Marcora was interviewed by Siderweb, the event organiser. In addition to an overview of the market, current challenges and the company’s future objectives, the topics covered included interest in new sustainable investments and advanced automation, as well as the importance of managing the ongoing generational transition, with a constant focus on continuity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2018We are here to listen to the market, exchange ideas and build new relationships,\u2019 explained Andrea. \u2018In such an unstable environment, concrete strategies and smart investments are needed.\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n
